which one is more beneficial to student?

there is no guideline whether the university had produce excellent students.....
it is on the students hand and themselves to be skillful person. University is just a medium for students to gain knowledge and learn all the wanted soft skills. All the facilities served are to fulfill the students need. If there were many students that success came from the same university, it is all about the students efforts....
All in all, the students' achievement can make the name of the university well-known.

And then. I will proceed to the Private University.
Private Universities in Malaysia

Private universities in Malaysia are owned and established by private corporations headed by renowned Chief Executive Officers (CEOs). All private universities are profit-making Corporation. These Private universities are invited and granted university status by the Malaysian Minister of Higher Education, empowered under the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996. They can give the award of Bachelor degrees and other higher qualifications for those who get good results and for those who deserve that.
They award their own degree to students and supervised under  Malaysian Qualifications Agency(MQA) to ensure it fulfill the Boards standard. Some  private universities also collaborate with local research agencies, industries and top ranking universities in the world to conduct research, and staff exchange and development programmes. Most of them are internationally connected.
Students also have another choice to further study in private sections.Bigger options that they have can lead to victory. Here are same of the examples of private Universities.
